attentive staff tasty options beverage choices
I found the staff very attentive. breakfast each morning included tasty options. i also appreciated the well stocked mini bar offering several beverage choices. alfie made the best cocktails at the pub. He is such a nice man.
the showerhead had a slight issue with water pressure, it was only a minor inconvenience.

the location was ideal , the staff were very accommodating.
i prebooked a room for new years before leaving my previous stay , and upon arrival , i was given a much smaller room with no balcony , without explanation or apology , this was disappointing and i felt dismissed when i raised a query with the manager.
